How to utilize this program? You must live in 95678. You can make an appointment to participate in a free mobile spay and neuter clinic, or request a voucher for free spay or neuter surgery at a local veterinary clinic.

Free Mobile Clinic
Placer SPCA is partnering with AnimalSave to offer free mobile spay and neuter clinics in 95678. Appointments are required. The next Mobile Clinic is scheduled for the following date:
Monday, February 27
Appointments are still available. Please check back for more mobile clinic dates.
How it Works:
- Make an appointment by calling the number above.
- You will drop off your cat at 8:30 am the morning of the clinic at a location in downtown Roseville.
- You will be asked to show proof of your 95678 home address.
- Please have your cats in carriers, or feral cats in traps.
- The spay or neuter surgery will be performed at no charge to you. There are no additional expenses.
- You may also take advantage of low-cost vaccinations (optional).
- You will be asked to pick up your cat at a set time in the afternoon.
Free Voucher for Use at Local Veterinary Clinics
Request a Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) voucher, either by calling the number above or by completing the online voucher application. By providing your Roseville address with your voucher request, the spay or neuter surgery is at no cost to you.
How it works:
- Your voucher will need to be mailed to a valid Roseville home address in the 95678 zip code.
- You will receive an endorsed SNAP voucher by mail with instructions for making an appointment at a participating veterinary clinic.
- Please request separate vouchers for multiple cats.
- You are encouraged to have your own cats and free-roaming cats altered through this program.
- Additional services, such as vaccinations and other medical treatment, may be required and will be at your expense.
- You must receive your voucher prior to making an appointment at a veterinary clinic.
