The Placer SPCA is your local animal welfare organization with a mission to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond through adoption, education, reunification, and affordable spay and neuter services.

The Placer SPCA is funded solely by donations, grants, bequests, and fees for service. We are an independent organization not affiliated with any other entity, and we receive no donations through the ASPCA or HSUS. The Placer SPCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax identification number 94-2607682.
